Dorothy Melissa Jacobs known as Mel Jay, is a seriel entrepreneur, published award winning author, daughter, sibling, mum, friend, employee, director, coach and facilitator.

Mel Jay lives and breathes Women's Empowerment, having won various awards for the ongoing role she plays in her community, the facilitation and mentorship programs she designs and implements as well as for the publishing of her first book, "When You Get to My Age".

Mel Jay Loves good coffee, travelling and a good challenge.  She stepped out of her comfort zone when she entered the Women Empowerment Pageant, Mrs Africa, as she makes it her life's mission to not only Empower women, but to remind them that all things are possible.
